Cheese Crackers {Grain Free & Nut Free}

Nothing makes my three year old more happier than crackers. Seriously, she would eat crackers all day if I let her. These crackers are gluten free, grain free and nut free! They are made with nutrient dense ingredients like coconut flour, eggs, butter and cheese. Eat them fresh out of the oven. After an hour or so they will be a little soft (but still tasty).

Cheese Crackers

(makes 32 crackers)

 Ingredients

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.

Using a high power blender or food processor, blend all ingredients together until they are well combined.

Spread cracker batter over a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Place another piece of parchment paper on top of mixture and use a rolling pin to thinly spread batter. Gently pull off the top piece of parchment paper.

Bake crackers for 10 minutes. Take the crackers out of the oven and score them with a knife or pizza cutter. Return to oven and continue to bake until they are lightly brown and crisp, 5-10 minutes.

    I make crackers out of ground seeds. 1 cup ground pumpkin seeds and 1 cup ground sunflower seeds ( I use my coffee grinder), 1 tsp salt, 1 egg(beaten), 2 tsp oil; add any spice or herb or just salt. Roll out on parchment paper, score and bake at 325 F. for approx. 30 minutes cool and crack apart. They are very tasty.
