This week I’m giving away a case of Natural Value Coconut Milk! Natural Value Coconut Milk is the only canned coconut milks I recommend. This coconut milk is BPA FREE and contains no gums, stabilizers, emulsifiers or preservatives!

    Coconut is a big part of my daily eating. I use expellar pressed coconut oil, drink unsweetened coconut milk, eat oven baked coconut, use coconut milk in my recipes. I am hooked on it all. I make a killer dark chocolate coconut,pecan cranberry bark. I am addicted.

    I love finding new ways to use coconut milk & coconut oil….thanks for all the wonderful recipes….alos, just read a great article written by a doctor that says coconut oil helps stop Alzhiemer’s in it’s tracks; why does this not surprise me….what a great food, tasty, healthy, & easy to use!!

    Rachel B » I have to order it online. That is why I usually make my own. If you look on my coconut recipe page you’ll find 2 recipes for making coconut milk. :)
