    Hi, I recently made a cake from a recipe on another website and it was a disaster! I think it was because I used the wrong type of ‘cups’. Here in the UK we very rarely use cups in recipes, everything is in ounces, pounds or grams. I’m not clear if you are based in the US – but either way, can you let me know what type of cups your recipes use? ie US or UK? And ideally how these translate into oz or grams…. Thanks! I’m really looking forward to trying your receipes.
