Sleepy Time Fruit Snacks

  1. In a small bowl mix 1/2 cup of tart cherry juice with gelatin.
  2. Let the gelatin sit in the juice for a minute or until it gels up.
  3. Brew a fresh cup of organic chamomile tea.
  4. Steep for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Remove teabag and pour the hot tea over the gelatin mixture.
  6. Mix the ingredients together.
  7. Add the honey and mix until thoroughly combined.
  8. Pour into molds or into a 5×7 inch pyrex pan.
  9. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until set.
  10. Store fruit snacks in a closed container in the refrigerator.
