KETO CHIA SEED PUDDING RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

MACADAMIA NUT MILK CHIA SEEDS VANILLA EXTRACT MONK FRUIT

STEP 1

Mix the chia seeds with milk, vanilla extract, sweetener, and any other flavors. I added blue spirulina.

STEP 2

Mix well and set aside.

STEP 3

Pour the chia seed pudding into four 8-ounce jars. Refrigerate overnight. 

SERVE AND ENJOY!

After sitting overnight, the keto chia seed pudding is ready to eat. This recipe will keep for 5-7 days in the refrigerator.
