KETO OREOS
Gluten-free cookie filled with coconut cream
INGREDIENTS: coconut flour unsweetened cocoa eggs coconut oil coconut milk powdered erythritol vanilla sea salt
Mix the eggs, coconut oil, coconut flour, cocoa powder, salt and sweetener together
until it forms into a ball of dough
Roll the dough out and cut into round cookies
cut out 20 round cookies
Bake the cookies at 325° F for 10-12 minutes
Now it's time to make the filling!
Mix 1 1/2 tbsp coconut milk, ¼ cup + 3 tbsp powdered erythritol, and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract together
Fill each cookie with a spoon full of frosting!
