Almond & Coconut Flour Bread (So Soft!)

Sweet, soft Almond & Coconut Flour Bread is naturally gluten-free! Ready in less than an hour with 1 bowl and minimum ingredients!

Ingredients

2 cups almond flour

1 cup coconut flour

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup egg replacer (equivalent to ~4 eggs)

2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

2 tbsp honey

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 9×5 loaf pan with oil or parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients.

Add in wet ingredients and mix until the batter just comes together. Let batter sit 5 minutes.

Scoop batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 35 minutes until a knife in the center comes out clean. 

Let cool to room temperature, slice, & serve!
