These one-bowl almond flour blondies are easy to make and are tastier than any other cookie bar I’ve ever had! This recipe is gluten and dairy-free!

  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F.
  2. Line and grease an 8×8-inch pan.
  3. Cream the brown sugar, eggs, coconut oil, and vanilla in a medium bowl.
  4. Add the almond flour, cassava flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips and pour the batter into the prepped baking dish.
  6. Smooth the top of the blondies with a spatula.
  7. Bake the blondies for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow the blondies to cool before cutting and serving.
