  5. Drop the batter onto the pan with a 1/4 measuring cup, and spread the batter into a pancake-shaped circle.
  6. Cook the pancake until bubbles begin to form, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Flip the pancake and continue to cook until it’s cooked through the middle.
  8. Repeat until the batter is gone.
