  1. In a microwave-safe mug, melt butter. Once the butter is melted add in almond extract, milk, egg, honey and salt. Stir.
  2. Add the dry ingredients ( baking powder and almond flour) to the wet ingredients and stir until combined.
  3. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  4. Let cool for a few minutes before enjoying.
