Almond Flour Vanilla Cake (So Sweet!)

Ingredients

2 cups almond flour

1/2 cup coconut flour

1/2 cup tapioca starch

1 cup sugar

1/2 tbsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

1 cup milk

2 tbsp butter, melted

2 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Frosting Ingredients

2 cups powdered sugar

~1/4 cup milk

1 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a cake dish with oil or parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients.

Add in wet ingredients and mix until the batter just comes together. Let batter sit 5 minutes.

Scoop batter into the prepared cake dish. Bake for 35 minutes until a knife in the center comes out clean.

While the cake is baking, sift powdered sugar into a bowl and whip together with the remaining frosting ingredients. Set aside.

Let cool to room temperature, frost, slice, & serve!
