These easy and delicious almond flour waffles are the yummiest paleo waffles you’ve ever made! These fluffy waffles are made with simple ingredients and taste great alone or topped with fresh fruit or your favorite toppings.

  1. Plug in the waffle maker to get it heated.
  2. Whisk the eggs, vanilla, and almond milk together in a medium bowl. 
  3. Mix the almond flour, coconut sugar, salt, and baking soda in a separate bowl. 
  4. Add the almond flour mixture to the wet mix. Whisk well until the batter is combined.  
  5. Brush the waffle maker with the melted coconut oil and pour 1/2 cup of batter into the waffle maker. Spread the batter to the corners before closing the lid.
  6. Cook the waffles until they’re golden brown.
  7. Continue the process until the batter is used and all the waffles are made. Serve immediately and enjoy!
