Ingredients
2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1/2 cup Greek yogurt, sour cream, or vegan Greek yogurt
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Juice of 2 limes
1 clove garlic
Instructions
Peel and pit your avocados, wash and roughly chop the cilantro, and juice the limes. Mince the garlic if your blender isn’t super powerful.
Add the avocados, cilantro, yogurt, sea salt, lime juice, and garlic to a blender or food processor.
Blend until creamy and smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. If it’s too thick, you can add 1–2 tablespoons of water or lime juice to loosen it up.
Spoon the crema into a jar or squeeze bottle. Use it right away, or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
