This castor oil hair mask offers a deep treatment for your hair and scalp, leaving you with soft and silky locks.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Measure the coconut oil and place it in a small heat-proof bowl. Warm it in the microwave for 30 seconds or until melted.
  2. Add the castor oil to the melted coconut oil and mix well. If using essential oils, add them to the castor oil and mix thoroughly.

Application:

  1. Part your hair into four sections for easier application.
  2. Apply the castor oil mixture to the roots of each section, ensuring thorough coverage.
  3. Use a comb to distribute the mask from the roots to the tips of your hair. If you have longer hair, consider doubling the recipe.
  4. Cover your hair with a warm towel or a plastic shower cap to help the mask penetrate deeply.
  5. Allow the mask to work its magic for at least 20 minutes.

Rinsing:

  1. After the designated time, wash your hair with your favorite shampoo to remove the mask. You may need to rinse your hair twice to ensure all residues are removed.
  2. Follow up with your preferred hair care routine, such as an apple cider vinegar rinse to restore pH balance and a flaxseed hair gel for added hydration and styling.
