Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cut the tops of bottoms off the celery and place it in a colander.
  2. Wash the celery stalks well and pat dry.
  3. Feed the celery stalks through the juicer chute, one at a time.
  4. Continue until you’ve used all your celery. Add additional ingredients like lemon, lime, ginger or green apples.
  5. Turn off the juicer and pour the fresh pressed juice into a serving glass.
  6. Drink immediately. It’s best to drink the celery juice fresh, but if you have extra you can store it in an airtight container for 24 hours. Adding lemon juice to the cold-pressed juice can prolong it’s shelf life.

Blender Celery Juice:

  1. Trim the top and bottom of the bunch of celery and rinse the ribs. Pat dry with a towel.
  2. Chop the celery ribs into small chunks.
  3. Place the celery into a high-speed blender and cover with cold filtered water.
  4. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes, or until the celery is blended.
  5. Strain the blended celery through a fine-mesh strainer or a clean nut milk bag.
  6. Squeeze out excess juice and compost or discard the juice pulp.
