
This warming Cinnamon Body Butter soothes the skin, boosting collagen and reducing the look of wrinkles. Whip up your own with just three ingredients!
3/4 cup coconut oil, unrefined
1/2 cup shea or mango butter
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Optional: 1 tablespoon vitamin E oil
Optional: 10 drops essential oil of your choice
Melt the coconut oil and shea or mango butter in a double boiler over low heat.
Once melted, remove from heat and let cool until semi-solid, but still soft, (~2 hours). Move to the fridge to hasten the process.
When semi-solid, use a standing or handheld mixer with whisk attachments to whip the mixture into a cream, approximately 2 minutes.
Add the ground cinnamon, vitamin E oil, and essential oils (if using). Whisk a few times more to incorporate.
Scoop the body butter into an airtight jar. Store in a cool, dry place for up to six months. Use every day for divine hydration!
