Ingredients
14 ounces unsweetened shredded coconut
2/3 cup slivered almonds
2 cups chocolate chips
1–14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
Mix the coconut flakes, almonds, chocolate chips together in a medium bowl.
Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the coconut mix and use a spatula to mix the ingredients together.
Use a cookie dough scoop to scoop the batter onto the lined baking sheets. Continue to scoop the batter out until all the cookies are on the baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cookies are light brown.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-4 days.
