15ounces of homemade or canned full fat coconut milk
1 3/4cup filtered water
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon Dolomite Powder (for calcium)
2 tablespoons maple syrup or raw honey
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, and heat until warm and dolomite is dissolved.
To make with homemade coconut milk: Mix 2 cups of dry or raw grated coconut meat with 4 cups of filtered water.
Heat in a medium saucepan until water simmers.
Take off heat. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon Dolomite Powder and 2 tablespoons of raw honey or maple syrup. Mix well and allow to cool.
Once the coconut mixture is cooled, blend in a blender for 1-2 minutes or until coconut meat is well blended.
