  1. In a jar or airtight container, add 1/3 cup rolled oats, 1/3 cup lite coconut milk, 1/4 cup cottage cheese, two teaspoons honey or maple syrup, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla, and 1/2 cup of berries.
  2. Mix everything well to ensure the oats are fully coated, and the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Cover the jar with a lid and place it in the fridge for at least 2–3 hours or overnight.
