This easy flaxseed pudding recipe is full of healthy fats, fiber and is a tasty healthy treat. Flax pudding is great alone, or topped with fresh fruit, almond butter of cocoa powder.

  1. Mix the flax meal, milk, maple syrup and vanilla extract together in a medium size bowl.
  2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight, or for at least an hour.
  3. Remove the bowl and mix well. The mixture will have pudding consistency.
  4. Scoop the pudding into individual portions and top with your favorite toppings.
  5. Serve immediately. Store any leftover pudding in a glass jar or airtight container and keep in the refrigerator.
