
If you’d love to effortlessly elevate your fruit salad to a bowl of tropical flavor, reach for a can of coconut cream, lime juice, and apple cider vinegar!
1 1/2 cups chopped apples
1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
1 1/2 cups whole grapes
1 1/2 cups blueberries
1 cup coconut cream
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon organic maple syrup (I’d recommend “Grade A Golden, delicate taste”)
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
2 tablespoons pistachios
Place the fruit in a large bowl.
Whisk together the coconut cream, lime juice, apple cider, and salt.
Drizzle over the fruit, and toss well to coat.
