Ingredients
- 4–5 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 cups hot water
- fresh lemon juice
- honey
Instructions
- Mince the garlic and place it in a teapot.
- Add two cups of boiling water and allow the garlic tea to steep for 5 minutes.
- Strain the garlic from the water and pour into a serving mug. Add lemon juice and honey to taste and enjoy.
