Ingredients
2cups whole milk (I used a mix of coconut milk and oat milk)
1cup strong coffee
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger powder
1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
Topping: Top with whipped cream, coconut whipped cream, brown sugar or gingerbread cookie crumbles.
Instructions
Combine the milk, maple syrup, spices and vanilla extract in a small saucepan or electric milk frother. Heat until the milk mixture starts to steam.
Pour the coffee into two mugs and top with the gingerbread frothed milk. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of gingerbread cookie crumbles or ginger or ground nutmeg. Serve immediately.
