Ingredients
- 2 cups whole milk (I used a mix of coconut milk and oat milk)
- 1 cup strong coffee
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger powder
- 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
Topping: Top with whipped cream, coconut whipped cream, brown sugar or gingerbread cookie crumbles.
Instructions
- Combine the milk, maple syrup, spices and vanilla extract in a small saucepan or electric milk frother. Heat until the milk mixture starts to steam.
- Pour the coffee into two mugs and top with the gingerbread frothed milk. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of gingerbread cookie crumbles or ginger or ground nutmeg. Serve immediately.
