Homemade Cheez-Its (with Almond Flour) are so quick to make and make the yummiest, cheesy snack! Made with just two main ingredients!

Ingredients

1 cup almond flour

3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tbsp water

1 tbsp nutritional yeast

1/4 tsp salt

Optional: 1-2 tsps red pepper chili flakes / dill / oregano / basil

Instructions

Add all ingredients (except salt) into a food processor and blend thoroughly. 

Pour dough onto a rectangle of parchment paper and place another piece of parchment paper on top. Using a rolling pin, flatten the dough into a rectangle shape.

Once the dough is rolled out, use a knife or pizza cutter to cut the dough into small squares. Sprinkle salt on top of the crackers. For a signature look, use a chopstick to press a small indent into the center of each cracker.

Spread the crackers slightly apart, then bake for 18-20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely.

Store crackers in an airtight jar for up to 1 week (if any last that long!). Enjoy!
