Ingredients
1/2cup coconut oil
6 tablespoons baking soda
6 tablespoons arrowroot powder
20 drops of essential oils (I used grapefruit)
Two 2ounce deodorant tubes or one 4 ounce jar
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the coconut oil with the dry ingredients. Add the essential oils to the coconut oil mixture and mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a sterilized jar or deodorant tubes. Store in a dark dry place for up to one year.
To apply, glide the top of the deodorant tube to the skin as you would traditional deodorant. If you are storing the deodorant in a jar, then retrieve a small amount of the deodorant with a spoon or cotton swab and rub it into the underarm area using your fingers.
