This DIY stain remover stick is a reliable, eco-friendly solution for keeping your clothes clean without the added chemicals.

  1. Use a grater to grate the castle bar soap into small pieces.
  2. Add the soap to a double boiler and slowly melt it down. It won’t melt all the way, but it will partially melt.
  3. Once melted down, add in the washing soda, borax, liquid castile soap, and water. 
  4. Stir quickly right away to incorporate it all together. Then, add in your drops of essential oils. 
  5. Pour the stain mixture into your containers. Let cool for a few hours. 
  6. This recipe makes 2-3 tubes of stain stick!

How To Use:

  1. Wet the Stain Stick – Lightly dampen the top of the stain remover stick with water.
  2. Rub on Stain – Apply directly to the stain, rubbing in circular motions.
  3. Let Sit – Allow the stain remover to sit on the fabric for at least an hour to penetrate and lift the stain.
  4. Wash as Usual – Wash your garment in the washing machine or by hand with your preferred detergent.
