  3. Pulse the blade until the cashews reach a fine cashew meal consistency. Be careful not to overmix, as this may result in cashew butter rather than flour.
  4. Transfer the organic cashew flour to an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Alternatively, freeze the flour if you don’t plan to use it immediately.
