Melt the cocoa butter in a double boiler. Once the cocoa butter is melted, pour the milk powder and cocoa powder into the melted cocoa butter and mix well.
Next, add the powdered sugar, a pinch of sea salt, and vanilla extract and mix vigorously to combine the ingredients. You may use a food processor or blender to grind the mixture to make a smooth consistency.
Pour the warm chocolate mixture into chocolate molds. Let the chocolate set for 1-2 hours. You may place the chocolate in a refrigerator to speed up the cooling time. Once the chocolate is set, remove it from the molds and serve immediately.
How To Make White Chocolate: Follow the instructions listed above but exclude the use of cocoa powder and use 2 tablespoons more of powdered sugar and coconut milk powder.
