Optional: 2 dates, maple syrup, vanilla extract and sea salt
Instructions
Pour the hemp hearts and water into a high-speed blender. Blend on high for 30-60 seconds, or until the hemp hearts are blended into the water. Add in the dates and other ingredients if using, and blend until combined.
Strain the hemp milk with a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag.
Pour the strained milk into a clean container or glass mason jar. Store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
