Ingredients

2 cups peanuts, raw

Instructions

Add peanuts to a blender or food processor.

(Optional: Roast for 5-10 minutes over medium heat in pan, then completely cool before grinding.)

Blitz in a blender or food processor until a powdery consistency.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 months. Add to a smoothie bowl or mix into baked goods for a protein boost!

Notes

Note – do not overblend or it will turn into a paste!
