Learn how to make walnut butter at home with just one ingredient – walnuts! This easy nut butter comes together quickly and is a great healthy snack to keep in your pantry.
Spread the raw walnuts over a baking sheet and roast in a 300 degree oven for 10-15 minutes. Remove the roasted nuts from the oven and allow them to cool.
Place the roasted nuts into a food processor and process for 3-5 minutes, or until smooth and creamy.
Add optional sea salt, oil or sweetener if you prefer to add flavor to the nut butter.
Mix well and store in a glass jar.
