Ingredients

2 cups almonds, blanched

Instructions

Add almonds into a food processor or blender. 

Blitz until finely ground. *Do not overblend or the almonds may become a paste!*

Store in an airtight container in a dark pantry for up to six months, or for up to a year in the fridge. Use for gluten-free baking. Enjoy!
