How to Make Your Own Vanilla Milk

Creamy, sweet vanilla milk is the perfect pre-bedtime drink for a beautiful night’s sleep – and you can make it with just 3 ingredients!

Ingredients

1 cup milk (dairy or alternative)

12 teaspoons maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste

Instructions

Measure milk into a mug.

Add the maple syrup and vanilla bean paste. If desired, warm in the microwave for 30 seconds – 1 minute. 

Using a milk frother, froth the mixture for approximately 1 minute until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Then snuggle up and enjoy!
