  7. In a medium bowl, mix the dry ingredients together. Then, add the eggs and melted butter. Stir the batter until thoroughly combined.
  8. Add the meat mixture to the batter and mix until combined. Pour the batter into an 8×8-inch baking pan.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes until it is browned on top and the center is set.
