Ingredients

1 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 avocado

1/2 cup unsweetened, unflavored almond milk

1 tablespoon flaxseed

Instructions

  1.  Add the strawberries, avocado, almond milk, and flaxseed to a blender. 
  2. Blend on high until very smooth and slightly thick. 
  3. Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.

Notes

Be sure to use frozen strawberries for the perfect smoothie texture. If you only have fresh strawberries, add a handful of ice to the blender. 

Some blenders have more power than others. Blending time may vary.
