Instructions

1. Wrap floral wire around the wreath frame to create a secure starting point.
2. Place the first lavender bundle at an angle and wrap the stems tightly to the frame.
3. Continue layering each new bundle over the stems of the previous one, wrapping with floral wire as you go.
4. Trim stems as needed to keep them even with the wreath frame.
5. Tuck the final bundle beneath the first and secure with floral wire.
6. Twist the wire to finish and trim any excess.
7. Hang in a cool, dry place with good airflow and away from direct sunlight for 2–3 weeks.

Notes

• Use freshly harvested lavender while the stems are still flexible.
• Harvest lavender just before the flowers fully open for the best color and fragrance.
• Make the wreath extra full since the lavender will shrink as it dries.
• A 10-inch wire wreath frame used approximately 10 bundles of fresh lavender.
