Mango Kombucha Recipe

Sweet and delicious mango kombucha is a favorite flavor of this fermented drink. It’s easy to make and tastes fantastic!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Clean and sanitize your jars and counter surfaces. Wash your hands and ensure that all instruments are clean and sanitized. 
  2. Puree the mangos with a food processor or immersion blender.
  3. Add 3-4 tablespoons of mango puree into a 24oz swing-top bottle or mason jar.
  4. Top with fresh kombucha, leaving 1-2 inches of space at the top of each jar.
  5. Secure tightly with the lid and leave at room temperature to ferment for 3-4 days. Open the bottle every other day to release pressure from the jars.
  6. Once the kombucha has fermented and is fizzy, refrigerate it for up to 7 days.
