Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dried milk
- 1/4 cup baking soda
- 1/2 cup oats
- 5 drops essential oils (optional)
Instructions
- Grind the oats: Add oats to a spice grinder or high-speed blender and pulse until you get a fine powder.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the ground oats, dried milk, and baking soda. Stir to combine evenly.
- Add essential oils: If using essential oils, add 5 drops and mix thoroughly to distribute.
- Transfer to a container: Store your milk bath mix in a clean, airtight jar.
To Use: Scoop ¼ cup of the mix into a muslin tea bag or cotton pouch. Drop it into a warm bath and soak for 20–30 minutes. Breathe deeply and relax!
