  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour and vanilla protein powder.
  2. Place the peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl and, heat for about 20 seconds, and add it to the flour mixture along with the maple syrup.
  3. Mix well until a dough forms.
  4. Add 1-2 tablespoons of milk at a time until the dough rolls into a ball. Don’t add too much milk, or it will make the dough too sticky.
  5. If the dough feels too dry or crumbly, add 1–2 more tablespoons of milk, one at a time until it’s soft and pliable.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
  7. Store leftover cookie dough in the refrigerator for up to a week.
