Ingredients
- 1/4 cup protein powder
- 2 tablespoons almond flour
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- chocolate chips, optional
Instructions
- Grease two mugs with cooking spray.
- Combine the protein powder, almond flour, baking powder, coconut sugar, and cocoa powder in a mixing bowl.
- Add the egg and milk to the dry mixture and mix until fully incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the two greased mugs. Top with chocolate chips if desired.
- Microwave for 60 seconds, then remove and enjoy immediately.
