Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cook your quinoa as per the package’s directions.
  2. Add the cooked and cooled quinoa, water, dates, and maple syrup to a high-powered blender or food processor. Process for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is almost smooth and milky.
  3. Pour the quinoa milk through a strainer lined with paper towels or cheesecloth.
  4. Store in a lidded glass container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Notes

Serve with cereal, use in baked goods, or dip cookies into Quinoa Milk.

If you do not have cheesecloth, only pouring the milk through a strainer works well.

Using tri-colored quinoa may yield a different color in the Quinoa Milk.

Storage:

Store in a lidded glass container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
