Starbuck’s Americano (Copycat recipe)

Ingredients
2 ounces (2 shots) of espresso
4 ounces hot water
Instructions
Moka Pot Instructions:
Fill the bottom of the moka pot with water to the overflow line.
Pack the coffee into the metal filter of the moka pot using a spoon.
Screw the moka pot together.
Place on the stove, and bring to a boil over medium high heat.
While the moka pot is coming to a boil, bring 4 ounces of water to a boil in a tea kettle.
Once the upper chamber of the moka pot is full, pour out 2 ounces of the espresso into a mug.
Top the espresso with 4 ounces of boiled water.
Espresso Machine Instructions:
Make 2 shots of espresso into a mug.
Top with 4 ounces boiling water from the espresso machine.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
