Ingredients
1/2 Cup Shea Butter
1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
1.25 oz Beeswax
2 Tabelspoons Zinc Oxide
20–25 drops of Essential Oils (optional)
Instructions
Melt the shea butter, coconut oil, and beeswax in a double boiler.
Once the wax and oils have melted, remove the pot from the heat and allow it to cool, but don’t let it solidify.
Add the zinc oxide and mix well.
Then, add the essential oils and continue to mix, ensuring the essential oils and zinc oxide thoroughly mix together.
Pour the mixture into lotion bar silicon molds.
Allow the lotion bars to harden for about 3 hours.
Once the bars have set, remove them from the molds and store them in an airtight container in a cool, dark place.
How To Use: Rub the lotion bars between the palms of your hands. The oils and wax will begin to melt as you rub the bars. Rub the oil over the skin and desired areas.
