2 tablespoons bentonite clay
2 tablespoons calcium carbonate powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda (leave out if you have metal braces)
1/2 teaspoon of fine sea salt
1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of ground cloves
(optional) 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder or activated charcoal
Instructions
Mix all ingredients well.
Store in an airtight container.
How To Use:
Prepare Your Toothbrush: Wet the bristles of your toothbrush with water or a few drops of mouthwash.
Dispense the Tooth Powder: Tip a small amount of tooth powder into the palm of your hand or a clean, dry container. Alternatively, you can scoop a bit out with a small spoon or spatula to avoid contamination.
Load the Toothbrush: Gently dip the damp bristles into the powder, ensuring they pick up enough for brushing. Avoid dipping directly into the storage jar to keep it clean.
Brush Your Teeth: Brush your teeth as you would with regular toothpaste. Use small, circular motions to clean all surfaces of your teeth and gums.
Rinse Thoroughly: After brushing, rinse your mouth well with water to remove any powder residue. Don’t forget to rinse your toothbrush too.
Store the Powder: Keep your tooth powder in an airtight container to maintain its freshness and prevent clumping.
