These tasty and healthy turmeric gummies are flavored with orange, coconut, and ginger and made with simple ingredients!

  1. Mix 1/2 cup of orange juice with four tablespoons of gelatin. Let the mixture set until it blooms and expands, about 5 minutes.
  2. Bring the coconut milk and remaining orange juice to a simmer in a medium saucepan.
  3. Add the sugar, turmeric, and ginger and mix until combined.
  4. Once the mixture comes to a simmer, remove it from the heat and stir in the gelatin.
  5. Mix until the gelatin dissolves.
  6. Pour the gummy liquid into molds, filling each mold right up to the fill line.
  7. Place the molds in the fridge and allow the gelatin to set for about 2 hours.
  8. Once the gummies have set, remove the turmeric gummies from the molds and place them in a storage container.
  9. The gummies can be stored in the fridge for up to two weeks.
