Baked Feta Pasta  (Keto Style)

This homemade baked feta keto pasta dish is incredibly delicious and easy to make! This TikTok-inspired recipe comes together with wholesome ingredients and keto-friendly shirataki noodles.

Ingredients for baked feta keto pasta: one block of feta cheese, 8 ounces of shirataki noodles (or your favorite keto pasta), one pint cherry or grape tomatoes, 6 ounces of black olives, three cloves of garlic, 2 tsp Italian herb mix, sea salt and olive oil

It's best to use a block of feta, not crumbled feta for this recipe.

STEP 1: Rinse tomatoes and set them aside to dry. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

STEP 2: Grease an 8×8 inch pan with olive oil. Spread the tomatoes, olives, and garlic over the dish.

STEP 3: Place the block of feta into the middle of the pan, moving the tomatoes and olives around it. Sprinkle with seasoning and salt. 

STEP 4: Drizzle with olive oil.

Bake for 45 minutes or until the feta is golden brown and the veggies are roasted.

Prepare the shirataki noodles by rinsing them well with water.

Remove the baked feta from the oven. Mix in the noodles and return to the oven for 5-8 minutes.

Remove the keto pasta from the oven and serve. This recipe makes 4 servings. Each serving has 6.8g of net carbs.
