Coconut Flour Bread Recipe

Coconut flour bread is one of the easiest recipes to start with when you start baking with coconut flour!

6 organic eggs 1/2 cup coconut oil 1 tablespoon raw honey (optional) 3/4 cup coconut flour 2 tablespoons arrowroot powder 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 1 teaspoon baking powder

INGREDIENTS

Mix the dry ingredients together in a medium bowl.

STEP 1

In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, honey, and coconut oil together.

STEP 2

Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and whisk until the batter is lump-free.

STEP 4

Prepare a bread pan by greasing it with coconut oil.

STEP 5

Pour the batter into the loaf pan and allow the batter to sit for 5 minutes. This helps the coconut flour absorb all of the liquid.

STEP 6

Smooth the top of the loaf with a spoon or spatula.

STEP 7

Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove from the pan and let cool completely on a cooling rack before slicing for at least an hour.

STEP 8

Slice and enjoy!
