PUMPKIN SPICE MUG CAKE

This pumpkin spice mug cake is baked in under 3 minutes and has a coconut flour base. It’s light and fluffy and is perfect for when you’re craving cake.

INGREDIENTS

pumpkin puree

coconut flour

coconut  oil

eggs

coconut sugar

pumpkin  spice

baking soda & salt

STEP 1

Start by mixing the dry ingredients together in a small bowl. Then add in the wet ingredients and pour the batter into a 10 to 12 ounce mug.

STEP 2

Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Then check on the mug cake and continue baking in 30-second intervals until baked.

STEP 3

Allow the mug cake to cool before topping it with whipped cream (or coconut whipped cream).
