This almond flour apple cake is moist and sweet and filled with diced apples and cinnamon.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Grease a 9×9-inch cake pan.
  3. Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon to a large mixing bowl and mix well.
  4. Add the eggs, oil, honey, vanilla extract, and grated apples.  
  5. Mix the batter until combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased 9×9-inch pan. Bake the cake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow the cake to cool completely before serving.
