Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar or brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup oil, olive or melted coconut oil
- 4 large eggs
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 medium apples, peeled and grated
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease a 9×9-inch cake pan.
- Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon to a large mixing bowl and mix well.
- Add the eggs, oil, honey, vanilla extract, and grated apples.
- Mix the batter until combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×9-inch pan. Bake the cake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow the cake to cool completely before serving.
