These almond flour biscuits come together with just 6 ingredients and are fluffy and delicious!

3 eggs
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tsp honey
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 cups almond flour
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicon baking mat.
Combine the eggs, sour cream, and honey in a large bowl. Mix until combined and set aside.
In a separate medium bowl, mix the dry ingredients until combined. Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, thoroughly mixing.
Scoop the dough with a large cookie dough scoop. Drop the biscuit dough onto a prepared baking sheet. This recipe will make six large biscuits. Use a spoon to flatten the top of the biscuits and reform if needed.
Bake the almond flour biscuits for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Once baked, remove them from the oven and allow them to cool before removing them from the cookie sheet.
Top with melted butter or your favorite toppings and enjoy!
